When I first met Erin, I was new to the gym and the thought of working out was so intimidating. Erin was so encouraging both at the gym with my workouts and with my nutrition planning, giving me the tools to feel confident even on days I was training on my own. While you are training with her she makes sure that you are always using proper form so that you do not injure yourself.
